Is it me? Or has Classic Taxi been slipping lately? I remember a few years back, I’d call them and the wait time would be 10 minutes or less. Now I’m waiting 20-45 minutes. A couple of times, I waited an hour or so for them. And this stupid automated shit they got set up now ain’t the wave. They take forever to answer calls now.
I guess the pandemic has affected the taxi industry too.
