✨️I am learning a lot about myself by scheduling some time to be absolutely bored and do nothing.
It started by archiving all of my whatsapp contacts. Phone time is set. Then I respond to all messages. I am not available 24/7, I don't get as many notifications that tempt me to scroll. Life is lighter, easier, by reducing the over-stimulation that comes with owning a phone. ✨️
I don't think im capable of a social life even tho I crave it.
