Grateful for being a part of a beautiful event like this where many isha hatha yoga teachers came together to organise a yoga fest across 4 cities this past weekend. Was touched by the commitment participants showed in these two days, travelling from other states and even across countries to become a part of this mega fest. This included a kids program and we were amazed to see how aware little kids are about such aspects of life which usually according to common perception only people past the retirement age should pursue. In terms of organising this, it took months of planning and work by my peers to make it happen. Incessant activity specially in the last few days. As Sadhguru says, the true joy of activity springs forth when you completely plunge into it without holding back and doing what is needed.
