Ingredients: 8 cherry tomatoes. 8 fresh basil leaves. 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes. 2 tbsp balsamic glaze. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cut each cherry tomato in half. On each basil leaf, stack a cherry tomato half, a cube of mozzarella, and another cherry tomato half. Secure the stack with a toothpick. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stacks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
