oh my god it was the same for me, i was on prozac for a year and a half without any diagnosis (although i told my doctor i thought i had anxiety and depression and like i obviously did bc the meds helped but yeah nothing official)

its rly weird ! like all that happened was i cried a lot. ive been on cipralex (3 different doses), cymbalta (2 dose increases), and prozac (2 increases), plus intensive outpatient CBT twice, weekly councelling and monitering thru school that got communicated to my psych, 2 psych crisis ER visits, and a stint in psych ward and still just. nobody can tell me anything thats wrong with me and it makes me feel weird n uncomfy especially bc im a legal adult ?? nnnnn
