desperately writing

have two days left to finish this paper. unfortunately, it seems I have forgotten how to write. it was my birthday on the 9th, and my friends took me out for dinner and drinks last night, which was absolutely lovely, but I honestly wish I had been working instead. trying to focus on being grateful for the opportunities that I have though. very grateful for the lovely study spaces in my dorm building!

we are not "so back" but we're getting there!! i was sick and tired on tuesday and wednesday, but i still got some writing done this week, ie the first writing i've done for my thesis project which is exciting. do i think it's coming out terrible? maybe, but i have confirmed with my supervisor that it can be bad. i'm also now looking at some apocryphal stuff which isn't the realm i expected to explore but is interesting, in part because i don't know much about it, and in part because it's not incorporated into a lot of modern mainstream christian beliefs.
