As the end of the year approaches and my list dwindles, I'm really noticing which neighborhoods and workouts I've been avoiding. After tonight's #HathaYoga class #ExcelsiorYoga I wish I had taken time to explore these places earlier. Class tonight was a darn near perfect mix of breathing focus, sun salutations, playing with postures and getting in a deep stretch. My boo admitted it was his favorite yoga class so far, and I've been dragging him to quite a few 😜.
