this is my blog summed up
classpects for tfa starscream and his clones maybe?
I’ve already done Skywarp here: https://the-art-lizard.tumblr.com/post/160554784133/tfa-skywarp-classpect
Starscream would be a Mage of Rage. Starscream’s anger and need for revenge is what drives him, which is fitting for the Rage aspect. Mages have to go through hard experiences involving their aspect to learn how to control it and use it to their advantage, which correlates to Starscream deciding to change his plans after multiple failed attempts to attack Megatron alone.
Thundercracker would be a Knight of Light. The Light aspect has to do with attention and relevance, which Thundercracker believes he has/deserves the most of. It could also play into the headcanon that Thundercracker has lightning powers, aka very intense electricity/light. Knights exploit their aspect for their own benefit, which also fits well for Thundercracker’s self-centered ideology.
Sunstorm would be a Page of Heart. The Heart aspect deals with emotions, mainly positive ones because it is an optimistic aspect. As a Page, which allow others to use their aspect and basically become a living source of their aspect, Sunstorm’s “sucking up” to others would be him using his aspect to make others feel good about themselves. It also reference’s Sunstorm’s power of radiating “positivity”. While his praise seems genuine to most, Seers of Blood, Doom, Heart and Mind could see that Sunstorm’s praise is empty and he is purely using it to gain moral immunity from important figures. This plays into the Heart aspect’s focus of inner-self and, to a lesser extent, self-preservation.
Ramjet would be a (self-destructive) Prince of Void. The Prince class destroys their aspect in the universe and in themselves. The Void aspect has to do with misdirection and secrecy. Ramjet’s horrible attempts at lying would be him unintentionally destroying his aspect within himself. He could be able to learn how to destroy the aspect outside of himself, but he’s trying to make himself believe that his class has nothing to do with it.
Slipstream would be a Maid of Mind. The Mind aspect has to do with logic and the Maid aspect controls their aspect and clears up any inconsistencies. This would fit into Slipstream explaining the clones to Starscream, even though otherwise there wouldn’t be a logical explanation for the clones being incredibly different from their creator.
classpects for each of blitzwings personas? <<
Hothead would be a Prince of Rage, using his own rage to bring destruction along with destroying it, which would be why he doesn’t regularly appear like Icy or Random. He packs a big hit, but he loses power quickly since he draws it from himself.
Icy would either be a Mage of Mind or a Seer of Mind, because I can see him learning how to use his aspect to determine his opponents moves ahead of time or affect what moves they would use. But I can also see him using his aspect to guide himself, the other personalities, and other Decepticons down the less destructive path based on what motives or moves he can see his opponents doing/having.
Random would be a Bard of Breath, seeing as his main motif is being rather care-free even in situations of danger and the bard aspect being described as a dangerous wild-card. Alternatively, Random could be a Rouge of Blood or Life as a sort of balance for Hothead and Icy. For example, if Hothead’s rage was beginning to harm him or other Decepticons Random could use his class to take either Hothead’s anger towards someone (blood) or his energy from being angry (life) and bring it back down to a safe level.
And, because I’ve thought about this, Blitzwing as one singular being would be a Prince of Heart, given that he uses his splinters (personalities) to bring about destruction to both others and often times himself.
okay!! g1 soundwave, prime starscream, tfa blurr, and tfa swindle for classpects? i love your thoughts and explanations on the ones youve posted
(I’m sorry if g1 sounders and prime scream aren’t very accurate, I haven’t watched g1 and haven’t seen much of prime so I’m going off of what I know.)
Soundwave would be a Knight of Mind. As a spy, knowing what your enemy could possibly do to harm you and using it against them is a great skill to have. Not to mention the mind aspect is very analytical and calculation-based.
Starscream would be a Rouge of Light. The light aspect has to with relevance, which plays to Starscream’s ambition to be leader. I think he would be a Rouge rather than a Thief because, unlike other iterations of Starscream, he doesn’t seem to try and directly harm Megatron to gain leadership. Instead, he waits for the perfect opportunity or a situation where Megatron is weak to take command, which fits well for a passive class like the Rouge.
Blurr would be a Heir of Mind. Blurr takes his job extremely seriously, which fits well with the Heir’s need to surround themselves and manifest their aspect. While the Mind aspect has the ability to see the actions of individuals, it could easily be fooled if the player’s guard is let down or their information is manipulated.
Swindle would be a Thief of Mind. As a Thief of Mind he would be able to take advantage of his costumer’s logic and better thinking to twist their ideas in his favor. It’s a good aspect for a sly business bot to have.
TFA Skywarp+Classpect?
Skywarp would be a Seer of Doom, given he sees every possible wrong outcome or way he could be harmed. This seems totally negative, but if he sees the worst outcomes and tries to figure out how to avoid or stop them, rather than be afraid of them, he could be a valuable and even brave ally.
Conroy the good boi
Conroy would be a Heir of Heart. The heir inspires their aspect in others and the heart aspect has to do with emotions and soul, which fits well since Conroy is often the team motivator and personal guide, mainly due to him being a very emotion-driven person who’s made a lot of mistakes based on his drives.
