“It was a deadass frog” Cha begins, taking a sip of her tea and then leaning back in her chair, “I ain’t even know this island got frogs???” she continues, swinging her arms around as her voice raises a little. “I mean you got me on this? This little girl deadass begins crying because I stepped on her frog and killed it? Then watch where your frog is going??? I’m not looking where my feet at twenty-four-seven???” Cha continues, eyebrows furrowing and her eyes beginning to cross. Hyejoo was there, she saw Cha accidentally stepping on that little girl’s pet frog, and the kid crying and her mother yelling at Cha, so she should know Cha did nothing wrong.

Cha ain’t got no anger issues, she just sometimes gets a little too angry, that’s exactly what she always tries telling herself. The female sighs, rolls her head back and then thereafter back to its original position and looks at Hyejoo again, “so what you think? Was it my fault? You better not tell me it was”. Cha runs a hand through her hair, there’s always something weird happening on this island, always, and Cha doesn’t know why, sometimes it be murder, other times it be frogs and angry moms.
