THE RECIPE:

4 Tbsp of Coconut OIl

4 Tbsp of Bentonite Clay

1 Tbsp of Baking Soda

3/4 Tbsp of Xylitol

10-15 Drops of Essential Oil- You can use peppermint, citrus, clove, eucalyptus, according to the taste or freshness you want.

Mix all of them in a bowl until they completely combined. Pour it in a container that you want to keep in your bathroom. Use it normally with a toothbrush. It might take you some time to get use to the taste. But in a week, I reassure you that it will be hard to go back to the normal branded toothpastes.

NOTE: When mixing ingredients, use a non metal container and stirring spoon, as bentonite clay looses its effectiveness as soon as it interacts with metal.

So, here you go, get your coconut oil and keep your mouth clean and fresh!

By the Way, I use the same toothpaste I have told you about and do oil pulling every morning since almost a year now, and I have to tell you that the little extra effort that goes into this dental care routine is absolutely worth it!
