One of my favourite things to do, and something I never seem to have time to do, is playing with clay. Kneading and shaping a lump of clay is a magical process and also very relaxing and it always amazes me when a little figure starts emerging - usually not what I originally intended, but that's part of the magic! These little guys are made with paperclay and are drying in the sun. Hi everyone! Thanks so much for your feedback on my green and blue bear that I posted a few days ago! That piece is already sold and on its way to a new home!Here I have this other bear holding a Swarovski stone. I decided to call this gem guardians, and for this design I choose pastel colors and opal wings and ears. The body has a marbled effect with pink, blue and lavender tones, though you can't really tell from the picture.
