This blog is going on indefinite hiatus, because I do not have the time and motivation to keep up my half of the hatchery, but I also can't find anything else about FR, that I enjoy as much as I enjoy the hatchery.

If I get my motivation back (and the game is still going), I might return. But I have been neglecting the hatchery for the last couple of months, so for now it's time to pause and see if a hiatus is what I need to get back into it.

Thank you very much for the best fandom time! Maybe we'll bump into each other in the wider fandom (without even realizing it!). I wish you all THE BEST rng luck in every single aspect of the game! :D

All of the stuff was finally moved into the house, set and unpacked while Lavinia was at work. The latest Quidditch scandals had taken up plenty of time, and while Lavinia was trying to keep her actual Harpy under control, Garrick had decided to get their new house all set up. But it was a surprise; Ruby was barking when she heard Lavinia coming up the steps, and Garrick hopped down two stairs at a time to be there when Lavinia opened the door.

Winter 2017 issue

I have a piece in this issue called “Clean Slates.”

Clean Slates was another winner for me. The banter in it was just as entertaining as the banter in canon, and a great plot too. I liked that you added little show elements to the AU (The Nemeton and the exchange about Prada, for example. They're like little Easter Eggs) Speaking of the Prada lines, I love that you included them. Classic 3a bantering. There were so many good lines, like after they got Peter and Lydia says that Stiles really got him and she had honesty in her eyes. Cont.

One caveat I have is a death of detailed description, but that’s just my personal thing. Besides that, this fic shines it all of it’s comedic and fluffy glory. The ending is superb might I add. The fic ties together like strings on a present being wrapped. And what a present you created. Rachel did a great job editing for you too. From one writer to another, you write well. Keep it up.

Okay. Wow. I’m so sorry I didn’t answer this before. I know you sent it like forever ago and I’m SO sorry! This is so nice and you are so thoughtful, I feel really bad. 

So thank you! I really appreciate it ❤ It makes my day. I’m so pumped you noticed the little references to canon because it’s literally my favourite thing to write in an AU. 

As for the description… I know. I’m glad you pointed it out because it makes me want to work even harder on it. I’m never satisfied by it either!
