Cleaning fee, service fee, and occupancy taxes and fees considered, how much of the total cost does the host receive?

My receipt has those 3 fees in addition to the total. Is it only the occupancy taxes and fees that they don't get? Or does Airbnb get a cut of the rest of it too?

Secondly when there's a discount for instance mine was 12% off for booking 5 days, is that the host, or Airbnb giving the discount.

Hello! I clean for a host that charges a low nightly rate & a high cleaning fee. The units are 2 bedroom 1 bath, and take about an hour to clean. The nightly rate is $40-$80 & the cleaning fee is $140. The host has a seemingly large number of issues with guests. A few times guests have disputed the cleaning fee & been refunded.I know that my cleaning is thorough, so I feel that the pricing is causing the issue. The host said that he sets his prices this way because Airbnb does not take any of the cleaning fee & this is how he makes a profit. I am being paid $50 to clean.I clean for several hosts, and none have the amount of guest complaints & issues as this host. It’s come down to him requiring that I take lots of time stamped photos after each cleaning. I’d like to discuss this with the host, because I want every host I clean for to have success, and I want all guests to be happy.Any input or experience with guests regarding high/low cleaning fees is greatly appreciated.
