Randomly had this idea this morning while cleaning the house. It would be a good fic if someone wants to write this. I have too much I'm trying to write right now to do it myself. So feel free to take it and write it.
AU where no one dies. V and Jackie still doing random gigs to get known and never met Dex to steal the biochip. Alternate first meeting AU.
V gets a call from a fixer to "Clean House" and assumes its a gig to take out a house full of people. Its offering a ton of eddies so he accepts it. Then he finds himself in Kerry Eurodynes mansion and no one is there but the huge mess that is his mansion. V calls the fixer in annoyance but still takes the job because its paying way more than if he was stealing something. And secretly V is amazing at cleaning so he gets it done and leaves and gets paid.
He then gets the call again a week later, same amount of eddies, and he goes again knowing its an easy job. Over time, it becomes a weekly to bi weekly thing and V has yet to meet the owner of said manor. Let's just assume V has never heard of Kerry Eurodyne or he's not a big fan.
He comes to the gig one night, thinking no one is hole as usual but ends up meeting a hot mess Kerry and ends up spending the night helping him and cleaning everything up. From there it can go romantic and and be cute or whatever.
Basically, V gets a cleaning gig. Ends up getting into a relationship with Kerry Eurdoyne. If that isnt angsty fluff I don't know what is.
