Time for some CLEANING!
As Munchkin gets older it’s nice to be able to tell her she has to clean up her room. However, little minds are easily distracted and frequently forget (a lot by choice probably) on what they should be cleaning up. In walks the cleaning chart. I sat down in each room and thought about what needed to be done that is age appropriate. (An * means it’s a Mommy/Daddy job. Anything else is something Munchkin can do.) The charts are simple enough for her to read and accomplish the task. Plus, when she finishes a task she marks it off. I laminated them so she can use a dry erase marker to check everything off as she does them. She finds it fun to complete the task so she can put the check mark on the line! We discussed what picture to put behind each chart.
