Clear backpacks are kind of menhera/yamikawaii to me. Just the principle of making something invisible visible, especially if you have meds, an inhaler, or some other type of medical or accessibility device. Putting those things where other people can see them so they Know is kind of like the visibility aspect of a physically disabled person using a mobility aid. It's there for you and your wellness first and foremost, but it inevitably sends a message of "this is what I'm dealing with, get over it."
