I have allowed the stress of the world to carry me away from my journey. I have drifted away from inner peace and mindfulness. Yesterday I was reminded to get back on track. I need to examine my ability to nurture myself and allow myself to have time to be like a child. I need to clear the clutter from my head. I can no longer allow things to take priority over the healing of my heart and spirit. I also have to continue to have patience for myself. These things together will open up new opportunities and experiences. I will stay true and determined in my path. The world has so much to offer me. It is time to open my eyes and clear my heart.
