cleo was born into a fairly wealthy family. her mother was mentally abusive, and prefered her sister lilith over her. one night, cleo’s life had drastically changed: her sister had died in an unfortunate accident.

in her adolescent years, her mother obsessed over making cleo just like lilith to cope with her daughter’s death.

tired of all the abuse, cleo ran away from home, and started a new life as a journalist. although it was unsuccessful, it was better than living with her mother.

throughout the games, cleo is smart and cunning, willing to do anything to survive. she shows determination, yet is impulsive at times. after the preliminary rounds, she forms an alliance with three other members to attempt to survive the games.
