Since I saw the “Piglins use Warriors Names” I elect that Endermen don’t have names via Gargoyles. They call one another “friend,” “ally,” “family,” or whatever close terms they may have.
Cue the “well what do you call eachother?” “Friend :)”
Now how do some Endermen get names? Well if they’re close enough to a Piglin, Testificate (Villagers/Illagers/Witches), or Player they may get a nickname from them. And if their bond is super close, the Enderman might just go “mine now” about the Nickname. Such is the case of Edward named by Techno, Shy by Niki, Cleopatra by Foolish, Oobnar and etc.
c!Ranboo is an outlier because he is half-Enderman, so presumably his other non-Enderman parent named him.
