Well, that was very interesting. Orin could smell Nazrin, of course, but that was normal. In the temple, she could usually smell just about all of its denizens. She looked around in both directions, trying to figure out just who might have left it for her, before finally shrugging. She had been meditating, after all, and perhaps whoever it was didn't want to disturb her. So taking the serving tray in, Orin closed the door, leaned against the wall, and took several long drinks, gulping the liquid down almost all at once.
It was less than a minute later that she actually noticed a difference. Tiger. The all-too-familiar scent of Shou was suddenly foreign, as were most of the scents around her. But her scent was the only one that sent fear-chills down Orin's spine. Making sure the door was closed, Orin took a moment to hyperventilate before looking around, finally looking into the mirror, where she saw probably one of the most shocking things in her life. In moments, her piercing scream could be heard through all the nearby area.
