Abilities: Exhaustion - From the start of activition, target(s) within visible range of the user will feel symptoms of nausea, fatigue, dysphoria, vertigo, and anxiety. Worsens already existing cases of such ailments, and compounds these feelings every 15 min. Effect lasts until target is out of visible range of user, or an hour has passed since activation. Can only be used an hour after the previous use, and will have degrading effects on repeat Targets until a significant amount of time has passed.
