Freshness and quality are key characteristics our products at Cliff Tops Coffee. Some of you want wedding gifts—and 2 oz. bags are perfect for this! The kraft paper and stamps are extra cool too! Some of you are the only coffee drinkers in your home and the 12 oz. bag isn't completely fresh by the time you finish the coffee. The 8 oz. bag is your bag . . . baby. And then those who drink coffee like Beth and I do need the 12 oz. bags! Creativity and Coffee

Coffee drinking provides as excellent opportunity to be creative. There are so many variables that translate into different flavors. Here are some variables:

Where does the coffee originate? (dirt and altitude of the growing region)

Wet or dry processed? (the way the beans are separated from the fruit or cherry)

How were the beans heated? (the roasting process)

How long ago were the beans roasted? (freshness)

Was the coffee ground immediately before drinking? (flavors still intact?)

Did you grind the beans correctly for your chosen brew method?

What is your water to coffee ratio?

Is the water filtered?

If all of these variables get you excited, jump in and let's talk (and drink) coffee. If all of these variables stress you out, don't worry. Just find someone who likes to creatively make coffee and allow them to serve you—chances are they'd love the opportunity!
