Roasted & Today: The Ritz, Bullhead Trail, & Cabin Three

This has been a good morning for thinking, planning, roasting, and packaging.

I roasted The Ritz (Ethiopia) just past first crack for a good light roast. It turned out very good with some amazing floral and juice flavors, a solid (not too thin) body, and increasing florals as the cup cooled.
