Varaždin Lake and the Long Walk Waiting
Visiting Varaždin Lake during the Tuesdays 4 Climate Revolt event. A beautiful area of water, open space, and peaceful nature.
I’d love to fully walk around the entire lake in one day, but it turns out it is a serious challenge — nearly 30 km if you want to complete the full route properly.
That is more expedition than casual walk, so I’ll probably save the full circle for another time. Some places are best explored step by step.
