After setbacks, it can be hard to get up and keep climbing; I start tripping over my doubts and fears all over again. So grateful to friends for the strength they give me. Reminds me I need to get back on the wall and try some new climbs.

For better or for worse, this was the year I finally found some courage to face my fear of failure and change. Big thank you to friends for keeping me on belay. Cheers to 2019 and beyond. Climb on!
