So I climb. Not competitively, there's just a climbing gym near me that I have a membership for, and I kind of loosely follow big climbing competitions, which is why I was watching the American finals youth lead competition one day. I don't think it fully registered how good you have to be at climbing to actually get to nationals, until I watched several 11-15 year olds scale huge walls that I couldn't ever imagine getting halfway up in an hour, in a few minutes. It was very insane, and I wanted to share.

Dark Horse Bouldering Series: Round 1
I just registered for Round 1 of the Dark Horse Bouldering Series in Essex, VT!! I’m so excited to be climbing against a whole spectrum of climbers, hopefully there will be some famous climbers there! Any of my followers going to the comp?

Nathaniel Coleman making quick work of problem three at CCS Nationals Bouldering finals. He was one of only two to top it, and he flashed it! It was so incredibly awesome to watch! The crowd went crazy when he got it. That dude has talent.
