More healing!!! I was able to climb outdoors and pull on some crimps and slopers. I’m so happy to be feeling closer to normal and my stoke to strengthen my body for the climbing season has been sparked.

watch women’s climbing guys. as someone who has been climbing for 4 or 5 years i get to watch athletes do the coolest things and all the skill power technicality and stuff and it’s even better because unlike other sports i watch i actually can imagine doing it and understand the mechanics. and also the women are just
