Being a Clinical Instructor was never ever been a dream. But to be able to become one is one of the biggest step, challenging and rewarding things I've done. I am worried if I am confidently enough to impart my knowledge and skills to the future nurses not only locally but globally competent enough, And importantly to have a heart to heal, care with compassion. So, I strive to learn and share it to my students. And to have this kind of feedback even 1 out 10 students I am truly grateful because I know I made an impact.
