Cooper couldn’t help the snarl on his lips, he’d finally cornered the vagrant. Rylan. He’d followed him for hours, chased him even. Rylan knew Cooper was there, the cop hadn’t done much to hide it. It more than irritated him that this cocky biker could just slip away, somehow not do anything to prove what they both knew was true. He couldn’t arrest the man without proof even if that was a threat he dropped. “You’ve had a pretty clean day Ry.” Cooper scowled, not a speck of weed was even on the biker.

“What is that supposed to mean?” Douggie paused, the phrase could either be a really good compliment or a horrible diss and by the way his day was going he was expecting a horrible diss.

“I don’t think I’ve ever skipped a song faster than when it reminds me of you.” He replied honestly. “That’s what I think.” Max chugged the last half of his drink. “Unless you’re here to fix every good song you ever ruined for me, and you’ve ruined a lot of good music, or pay for my drinks? You can get the fuck out. And you know what? I have security to do that.” They were more Mason’s security but he was with the music Mason sang to, they’d kick anyone out he asked them to.

Lunch Break [Jeremee/Evan]

Jer had made his way into the bathroom and waited for Evan to follow. The stage bathrooms had a handicap stall and he pulled the other male into it, locked it then pushed him against the wall. Lips clashed together for a good five minutes before he pulled back. “Did you eat?” he asked knowing it was the crew’s break for lunch. Jer had put a box of food together and brought it back to his cart to eat for later just so he could meet up with Evan. He didn’t care if the food was cold later, he just so rarely got to see Evan that it was worth possibly missing lunch.

“Why would you ask me that?” Nicholas blurted out instead of answering the question his relative had asked, “No, I’m not high.” He lied flat out and rolled his eye, “Go over there with grandpa who keeps asking if I’ve got a damn girlfriend yet.” The curse alone got his cousin to hough and leave. Nicholas stood up, grabbed a cup then filled it with coke, glanced around then spiked it. He snuck out of the house and into the backyard to breathe.

Mos Eisley [Connor/Ben]

“What’ll it be?” Connor asked from behind the bar. He worked in the bar for years now and he’d gotten quite good at it. It’s all started when his father had had a dispute with the owner of the cantina and a drunken Stormtrooper simply told the owner to keep Connor and shut up about the whole fight. The trooper had been an officer, the Empire had only sent out a few troops to the planet but they were cocky and brutal. No one fought the officer, Mr. Blackwill had no real choice in the matter and so here he was, working numbly for no real money and a cot in the back. Cheap labor. “Hey!” Connor snapped at the bearded man, “I said what’ll it be?” This guy had been here a few times before, he’d shown up a little before the Stormtroopers had.

Better Schedule

      “I can pick him up. I’m good at entertaining.” Alarik shrugged, “Yeah, I know he’s a kid.” He chuckled, “Just don’t worry about it alright? You do what you’ve got to do today and when I drop him off tonight he’ll pass the hell out. No drugs used. Scouts honor.” He swore even though he’d never been a boy scout. “Besides, he likes me. It’ll piss off my father but make me look good right?” That would have been the explanation he normally would have used but that wasn’t really why he was going to pick Noah up from kindergarten, it just happened to be a perk. “Just send me a video of you telling him it’s good to hang out with me. Just in case he gets a little stranger danger.” Zion was too good of a dad.

     Once he got Zion to agree he just started to make his way out of the white house. He had things he had to be at but he was going to blow them all off. None of it was entertaining enough. Alarik was a master at sneaking out and they all rather have at least one secret service member with him at all times. They’d catch up. He honestly didn’t care who they rock paper scissors-ed it to be, they’d be driving him.

     “This is the address.” He reached through the partition and gave his security the address he’d scribbled down. “Yes, it’s a school. No, it’s not on the schedule for today but I’m making a better schedule so just do.”

     The drive was short and once they pulled up to the school it was a little early, even for a half day. Alarik stood outside the shiny black limo and waited. The diplomat's son knew he’d been followed by a paparazzi or two but was glad they hadn’t caught up just yet. Usually, he was all about giving them a show, but Noah didn’t deserve that at all. He wanted the kid to be safe. When the bell rang and kids let out Alarik straight up off the car as his eyes searched through the kids. When he spotted Noah he gave the boy a little wave and waited for him to walk over. “Hey mini dude.” He held out his hand for a low five. Noah knew who Alarik was but he’d never been picked up from school by the man.
