Damn wow that clipdrop relight issue sure went through some serious telephone. Went from, "they have the right to keep your uploaded art in their database to train their AI, meaning they're mostly using it to improve their AI lighting tool, but since one of the creators is into making NFTs they could theoretically use your art as a source image for AI generated NFTs if they ever started doing that" to "this company currently makes AI generated NFTs and is using your art uploaded into clipdrop relight as a source image for the AI image generator" to "if you upload your art here they turn the image into an NFT."
i used clipdrop relight on the zag piece i did and AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
not exactly perfect but the relight tool is super cool to play with
So it's pretty easy to use the mask/normal-map/depth-estimation from Relight in Blender. Does a pretty good job even for fantasy art.
Now if only I had a nice spooky background to go with. 👻
