Found a program on itch.io thats like a remake of flipnote so i drew ena to try it out!!(the thing is called Clipnote btw)

She created a cool pc app called Clipnote Studio, which is based off of Flipnote Studio, specifically Flipnote 3D. The app has been on hiatus for a few years now but I recommend trying it out some time.
