Aight here's an idea

Clives on the run out of London, he hasn't done anything, the prime minister just wants him dead Because Clive has dirt on Bill Hawks the prime minister and Bill can't let that get out by any means.

Clive ends up in the valley where the truffula (I forgot how to spell them) trees are and meets all the time creatures, the Lorax and eventually meeting the Onceler,

The two boys are extremely awkward around each other but the Onceler offers Clive a place where he can stay, his small tent like house, and Clive happily accepts.

...

And then they realise there's only one bed,

So they sleep together (not in that way y'all nasty) but they try to keep apart, but they still wake up the next morning cuddling each other close for dear life,

The Onceler gives Clive a tour of the forest and Clive is in awe at how soft the trees are, and later that night when Clive is sleeping the Onceler decides he wants to make Clive a thneed, he kept telling himself that is was a welcome present, but deep down he's slowly catching feelies.

I'll write an Ao3 story because if I keep this up now I'll be writing for hours
