☕❤ ~ Arthur cups Lewis's other cheek, taking his screwdriver to the screws in Lewis's face. "This might feel weird.... but this should help with your jaw..." He muttered, eyes focused on his work. "Can't have you unable to eat or something..." Idly, his other thumb brushed against Lewis's cheek as he slid closer in his lap, tilting his head for a better angle. "If it hurts, you can squeeze my hand." The unused one patted him a little as he flicked his eyes to him, then back to his work.
When Clockwork feels his head tilt, he blinks. He doesn’t quite know how Arthur is going to help with his gears, but he offers no complaints. He trusts the man completely, and while he doesn’t plan to eat much, getting his jaw fixed isn’t the worst idea…
“Mm, that is alright amigo. I trust you to do what is best for me…”
That said, Clockwork hums before leaning in to Arthur’s touch. He then gets a bit brave, slowly moving an arm to curl around Arthur. He seems fine at first, unhurt by the other’s work, until a particular gear that has rusted is touched. The shock of pain causes him to jump, and with a flinch he pulls his head back and stares at the other.
“A-ah! Ow, okay ow. I don’t know that I’m geared up enough for this…”
Oh, and now the clockman is letting out a soft whine as his free hand seeks out Arthur’s and squeezes weakly.
