"The Birth of Pepperouchau Movie" is another cool little extra found in the Lucky Box compilation. It can be unlocked by completing the boss rush challenge without dying.

There's not a whole lot of information out there about the movie itself, but the unfinalized nature of the game's title and Pepper's use of an umbrella as his weapon make me believe it was created fairly early on in Clockwork Knight's development. It may even have been a proof-of-concept film for Sega's execs.
