I'm re-watching Smallville and I am currently on Season 2 and I have some thoughts.

I cannot believe I'm only taking notice now of how many times Lana wanted answers from Clark for like EVERYTHING. She kept accusing him of dishonesty, and was often quite nasty about it. How did this relationship go on for so long?

Also, he was hardly ever happy around her. How can the person you supposedly love so much hardly make you smile? It just shows what it was: a teenage infatuation, and it was unhealthy.
