ok so after taking the 1mg clonazapam I had a very, very calm night. Usually I would have been very flat, tearful, and generally NOT calm, b/c this is the first night of 4 of D’s trip. As the only person in the world that is close to me, when he leaves me head will usually try to convince me he’s died, he got attacked, or the some other made up thing that clearly didn’t happen. At first I would call a lot to ask if he was still alive, and when I didn’t get an answer I would panic for hours and hours. Eventually, I forced myself not to call/text until a certain amount of time had passed, and just hide the freak outs. 

But NONE of that last night. And NONE of that even this morning. Feels good, man
