The Blind Bandit and the Sand Bandit
Hiro had been living in the desert since he was born. His clan was one of many that lived in the desert and lived in peace. Unlike some of the other clans, his clan did not try to steal or try to cause trouble. They were more the protectors of the desert and valued water more than all the gold in the world.
Hiro’s people thought did avoid the war and made sure they didn’t get involved. If any Firebenders did try to cause trouble, they would be buried beneath the sand. The Sandbenders were not weaklings. The desert is their weapon and it has engulfed many enemies that has tried to harm the people.
Hiro though decided to leave his home and go explore the world. Wanting to learn more about it before he decides on what he wants to do with his life. As he traveled, he came across an old wanted poster. One that was a reward for an Earthbender girl, who apparently is blind.
Hiro wonders why anyone would be after her and noticed there were two names. ‘The Blind Bandit’ and ‘The Runaway’. Hiro figures she must be a thief then as he walks into a village and to his surprise, right across from him is the very same girl who is being hunted down.
