I've always seen meditation as a big bullshit about mindfulness, enlightening your soul, becoming one with yourself and reducing anxiety anger or all the DSM-5 symptoms and blah blah blah BUT NOW I learned that i managed to get myself to fucking hallucinate with my eyes closed during a damn sophrology session and it was the coolest thing my brain did for me, I will try everything to get to that weird state of mind again.
Apparently I was pretty good for a beginner??? Never done it before and got colours, shapes of people, a snake, some checkered pattern and eyes !
