Info about the Company: Oh, Cake Vapors, how I love thee. This line is one of the best on the market, and not just because of their juices (which I will get to in a minute). Each juice comes packaged in the above box with a free gift. Mine was a CAKE keychain, which is adorable (and great marketing). The company also hosts their own apparel, with a cake bandana and beanie that I love and might have to pick up.

Their juices are beyond amazing. They’re the best in the dessert flavors, and I highly recommend, right of the bat, that you pick up one of the flavors if you love sweet juices.

Wattage: 25W

Nicotine: 3mg

VG/PG Ratio: 60/40 Split

Flavor Profile: Dessert

Vapor Production: Solid vapor production overall, above average for a 60/40 split. The clouds don’t last very long, but they are consistent.

Throat/Nose Hit: No discernable hit from what I can tell.

Smell Test: Coconut dominates the smell test, followed by a hint of blueberry and some cake sweetness.

Flavor: I’m someone who loves coconut and coconut desserts, so I was very surprised — and pleased — to see that Cake Vapors did a great job with this juice. The cake sweetness and coconut hit first, followed with a smooth aftertaste of blueberry. Because coconut can be overpowering, getting the ratios right, and the company did a great job — you are not overstimulated on coconut, and get a great hit of cake and blueberry, which rounds out a juice that actually tastes exactly like the flavor profile says it will.

Pairs Well With: Vodka neat, or if you’re feeling adventurous, coconut vodka. Trust me, it works.

All Day or Once-in-a-While Vape: I vaped this whole bottle in a matter of days, so it’s an all-day vape for me. Because the coconut was so prevalent, and I’m a coconut fan, I could vape it that much.

Pricing: 22USD. Worth it. Definitely.

Repurchase: I gotta be honest, I’d buy this again without all the bells and whistles, but the packaging and the keychain (holding my keys right now) just puts it over the top. However, for avid vapers who like a high Nicotine level, be forewarned — they only do juices up to 6mg. (This is not a problem for me, as all my juices are at a 3, I just wanted to put that out there.)

Info about the Company: You guys already know that I love this company — based in France, they have a line of five handcrafted juices, including Shinshiro, made by artisans in their own lab. And

VG/PG Ratio: 55/45 split.

Flavor Profile: Spice

Smell Test: I’m American, and I have certain memories when certain smells hit me. This juice? It reminds me of spicy Coke. No, not the drug — the drink. The separate ingredients — Thai spice, red fruit, and bourbon vanilla — combine just right to make a Coke soda smell. And I love it.

Another way to describe it would be this: if you’ve ever worked at restaurant, you’ll know that Coke is made with syrup and carbonated water, right? Well, this smells just like that syrup.

Vapor Production: Even though this is a more balanced split, the vapor production is still good. My living room still smells like this, and it’s been about 20 minutes.

Throat/Nose Hit: Slight throat and nose hit, but that’s to be expected from this VG/PG ratio split. It dissipates after a few vapes.

Flavor: Again, this might be because I’m American, but it tastes like spiced coke. (That’s not a bad thing, if that’s what you’re thinking.) The spice definitely takes a back seat to the vanilla and red fruit on the inhale, but come back as a smooth undertone on the exhale. This juice is perfect for people who love spiced vanilla and red fruit.

Pairs Well With: Whisky — if you vape it first, and then have a sip of whisky on the rocks, you’ll get almost a cocktail whisky-and-coke flavor.

All Day Vape or Once In A While: I could vape this all day, but I’m probably in the minority. I won’t vape it all day, just because this is a premium e-juice and I vape…a lot.

Pricing: 25USD for a 30ml bottle. On the pricier side. Definitely a good investment.

Repurchase: I’m biased and I love this brand, so yes. Again, as with the Benedicte, it’d have to be a special occasion, as 25USD is a lot to spend on a juice. But if someone wants to pick it up for me, I have no problem with that!

Info about the Company: Glas is one of those companies that I respect. They are clearly committed to excellence, their branding is cohesive, and their message — that e-liquids and hardware can be sophisticated and gorgeous — is conveyed through their products. I’ve only tried the Pound Cake flavor, but I’m trying to see if I can get my hands on the other flavors.

Wattage: 35W

Nicotine: 3mg

VG/PG Ratio: 65/35 split.

Flavor Profile: Dessert

Smell Test: Smells just like lemon pound cake that you find in Starbucks. The lemon is balanced by the sweetness of the pound cake.

Vapor Production: Above average. Not billowing smoke, but enough to make your place smell like a pastry shop.

Throat/Nose Hit: A little tickle in the back of the throat, but after a few vapes, it’s gone.

Flavor: Disclaimer: I used to work at Starbucks, so I’m using it as a point of comparison. This tastes just like the old lemon loaf that Starbucks used to make, before they went so far corporate that they screwed up the formula. It’s delicious. The taste of the pound cake is evident on the inhale, and the exhale brings out the lemony frosting found on most lemon loafs. I don’t know how they did it, but it’s a gorgeous flavor.

Pairs Well With: Black coffee.

All Day Vape or Once In A While: For me, this is a once-in-a-while vape, but for others, this could be all-day. Because I’m not really into sweet flavors, this will do now and again when I having a craving for some dessert.

Pricing: 12USD for 15ml, 22USD for 30ml. I bought the 15ml a couple of weeks ago, and I still have enough for one more tank.

Repurchase: Definitely. I have loads of e-juices, but this one is already on deck to be repurchased again. I might even try the rest of the line.
