⠀⠀Curlheart was a good cat—obeying her elders, abiding by the Law, and respecting her ancestors. Little Curlkit was taught to be obedient, but nobody ever did warn her that not all good cats live a good life. ⠀⠀«Shut Eye» is a new Closer to Freedom MAP. Starring Curlheart, a young warrior of the Heather Clan, forced to face her fate for the mistakes of others. All characters in the video belong to players of the TRPG «Closer to Freedom» (Russian-speaking).

in @closertofreedom-roleplay we talked about how the map kinda looks like a cat. i decided to draw it. it can also be viewed as the embodiment of starclan

its head lies in the mountains, hence why it's spiky. the star on its forehead symbolizes the cave for gatherings, where all four clans can be seen by starclan at once needleclan is its neck and lungs. it's the youngest clan, friendly to others and open to whoever wants to join it. it feels like a breath of fresh air heatherclan is the oldest group, and is the chest and heart of the valley. the dark mark in the heart area is a scar left by the horrible fire that took many lives and left the field dead iceclan is a group of tough cats, both physically and mentally. they are proud and mighty warriors, and their strength helps them live in the cold weather near the mountains its rear and tail are cliffclan - a group that was once part of heatherclan, now living in dangerous dark caves. they are mysterious and reserve and gain a bad reputation, due to having many cats with unpleasant personalities. yet, they will fight for their land with anyone who dares to challenge them, as many of cats here are patriots the tail's color changes to white, showing the bright moonstone, which is located a bit lower than cliffclan
