Sparkpelt is a flame-colored tabby she-cat with bright emerald-green eyes.

A Poppy to go with my Bracken. One of my favourite characters, and the very first cat I drew on this blog. This feels like the kinda thing I’d post for like a one year anniversary or smth, but idk.

Redesign Notes:

- Decided to make her tortoiseshell splotches look like poppies ^^

- Gave her tufts from Sorreltail, and a darker chin from Brackenfur

- Made her ‘black’ pelt more brownish-red so that it blends in more with her red tortie splotches.

- Idk, I just overall improved in my art skills overall so it looks significantly more peak than it did before

Additional/Different headcannons:

- Her sisters got lots of poppies for her nest when they were apprentices/young warriors, and if she had too much she used them to decorate the nests in the medicine cat den.

- I feel like In her old age she would start hanging more around her clanmates, as opposed to only hanging out with her mate, kits, sister and dad. She wouldn’t say anything she would just be loafing while they talk

- Is on the conservative side, but respects other cat’s opinions and is very caring and selfless

- Everything else is as usual
