How to come out to your family and friends?

Hi my name is Bea I'm 18 years old and I'm gay... I'm so fed up with keeping it to myself, some of my friends knows and are okay with it but i don't know how to tell everyone els.. i was never the one to tell anyone they told me that they think I'm gay... so please help me how do i do it?

i feel so alone and i don't know what to do, my moms side i think will be okay with it but my dads family are muslims and i have asked what he thinks of lgtb and its not good :(
