Morning jog - in attempt to close my rings for movement and exercise (#applewatchrings). A couple of ideas to make the jog effective - (1) clear mind - make space for new ideas. Jogging is one good way to come up with new ideas (I had mine this morning). (2) Get a little bounce with your favorite playlist. Music is a good way to entertain and keep you company during your jogs. (3) Smile and embrace the jog with openness, optimism and joy. Just being sociable thru eye contact and a simple nod helps reaffirm the goodness of the movement.
