.¡°▪︎◇. Cloud celts have many forms, halji is a hurricane variant who loves penguins, he was caught to be experimented on for 8 years, forced to wear this dampaner collar that makes his clouds smaller, him weaker and much more emotional .◇▪︎°¡.
