Congrats! Here is your prehistoric Cloud Goober! He is based off the brontosaurus! Whatever you want to name him is up to you!

Cloud goober egg!

For cloud goobers, adopting them is different! They come in eggs and will be a type of extinct animal!

To adopt a Cloud Goober egg the rules are a bit different!

The cloud goobers are very picky and will need exact measurements of care, but each one has its own unique way of wanting to be treated! For this one:

The option to write is always open! No word minimum! I love reading the things you guys make up!

I HAVE ARRIVED FOR THE CLOUD GOOBER!!!

For this, I’ll tell a story!!!

There was an odd looking egg sitting on the doorstep to the farmhouse. Corey had no idea who had placed the egg there nor where it came from, but she knew that it needed to be cared for.

Corey carried the egg to Octavius, who had been speaking to Andromeda about their home planet, to see what creature is in the egg.

“Oh, hello Miss Corey!”

✨“Hey, little sis!”✨

Octavius and Andromeda then noticed the odd, fluffy egg that Corey was holding.

✨“What Earthican creature laid that? It looks more like a Nacreous Cloud than an egg!”✨

“Is that? Could it be? Oh my stars it is!!!”

“What is it?”

“What you have in your hands is the egg of a Cloud Goober!!!”

“Goober? Like Wisteria, Rio, and Hazel?”

“Yes! But Cloud Goobers are extra special!”

“How?”

“They take the form of EXTINCT CREATURES!!!”

Corey was astounded. “REALLY?”

“YES! But, there is a catch to caring for one”

“What would that be?”

“They are usually very picky about how they are meant to be cared for before they hatch”

Corey was confused. “How am I supposed to know what the egg wants me to do? I can’t exactly talk to the baby”

✨“I can”✨

“You can? How?”

✨“I can take a listen to the egg, and hopefully they will say what they want”✨

“Okay then. Give it a listen”

Andromeda put their ear to the egg, and nodded every time they heard something.

✨“Alright! I know what the baby wants!”✨

“What do they need?”

✨“First, they wish for you to build them a nest of twigs and stones”✨

“Okay! Time to find out how to build a nest then!”

Suddenly Dropsie, Corey’s only other talking animal companion, spoke up.

❄️“I think that Soren and Rio might know! And, since we understand animals and people, me and Andromeda could translate their instructions for you!”❄️

✨“That’s a wonderful idea!”✨

Corey gathered Soren and Rio, and they began to chirp out instructions to her, which Andromeda and Dropsie proceeded to translate. After a while, Corey had built a functioning twig nest with rocks forming a barrier around it.

“Alrighty! The nest is done! What’s next?”

Andromeda listened to the Egg again, and then turned to Corey.

✨“They wish to sit on something soft inside of the nest, and they wish to keep warm”✨

“I could get one of my old blankets to put in the nest! That solves both problems! Anything else?”

✨“They also would like to listen to music whilst still in their egg”✨

“I can get my radio!!!”

Corey put one of her blankets inside of the nest and carefully placed the egg inside. Corey then plugged in her radio and turned it on, playing some soothing music for the egg.

“That should be everything! Now what?”

❄️“Now, we wait. We won’t know what hatches for a while, so we better get comfy!”❄️

✨“Dropsie is correct. Now is the time for patience.”✨

Corey then went to sleep that night, full of wonder and excitement about what could be inside the egg.
