I managed to find marginally better-quality versions of these (and also found out the second one has ended up on people’s Pinterest and Polyvore pages, heh). Still compressed as heck and pretty shite, but oh well.
Anyway, some of the promotional pictures for our Cloud Islands (Taivaan Saaret) LARP saga from 2006, here’s me trying to represent an elf.

Our LARP, Cloud Islands V (Taivaan Saaret) just won four of the Finnish LARP Awards.
I mean, we’re awesome and all, but I’m still slightly baffled.

Cloud Islands - aka floating isles in the sky, elves, trolls, airship pirates, dragons mages, cat people, epicness and lots of lousy humor.
This was the fifth part and the ten-year anniversary. Proud of these folks.

People looked so damn badass and awesome in our larp, I wish I could show you pictures. Like, our winged cat people had built themselves foldable wings, one guy had actual wingspan of 2m.
Wheee, tomorrow I’ll be getting a temporary roommate and adventure companion when tyvianpear arrives to grace this country with her presence. ♥
...I also have 13 detailed character backgrounds to write by Sunday for our 10th anniversary Cloud Islands larp in September. And I haven’t made nearly as much progress as I should have. Eep. Why do I keep doing this to myself?
Ah well, at least I’ve managed to develop a repetitive strain injury in my knee so I got the week off from work.
