Chemtrails can be used to create not only artificial clouds, but also droughts. How? Chemtrails attract a lot of moisture. Imagine two different areas, Area A and Area B. Areas A and B are close to each other. There is NO spraying in Area A, but chemtrails are sprayed in Area B. Area B has many artificial clouds, while Area A has no or very few clouds because the humidity in Area A is attracted to Area B through the atmosphere, where the spraying is taking place. I've noticed the following: If there is NO spraying here, there are ZERO clouds in the sky, not even small fair-weather clouds. If, on the other hand, there is spraying, it immediately becomes cloudy again, depending on how heavily the spraying is done. Apparently, there are certain areas in Germany and elsewhere where drought has become a problem. This is most likely mainly due to the fact that these areas weren't sprayed for a long time, while at the same time, intensive spraying was taking place elsewhere. I described the consequences of this above with Area A and Area B. Conclusion: Due to weather manipulation, "cloud theft" is occurring in certain areas. I typed the word "cloud theft" into Google, and the first result that appeared was, quote: "The term 'cloud theft' refers to the ability to influence the weather, for example, to create rain... Weather manipulation could be described as 'cloud theft.'" But that's not all, because even in sprayed areas, rainfall can decrease, because with cloud seeding technology, it is possible to increase or decrease the amount of precipitation. Final conclusion: If the people who elevate themselves to the status of weather gods are stopped, we will eventually have natural weather and climate again, with enough clouds, enough rain, and also enough sunshine.
