Time passed on since the events with the Remnants, and people were going back to how life was back then. Life was good for everyone. The smell of new breads on the plazas, new products coming out, and new town centers/communities still being made all around Midgar. The Sun was coming up and shining for everyone for a new prospering time. That was for everyone, not for Vincent Valentine.
For him, he was still locked up in his residence. But just because he always stood near his window every night watching from a distance, that didn't mean he was disconnected from the news and the events going on around Midgar. Shinra's darkest secrets were coming into light and Rufus had plenty of explaining for the press. There was a storm brewing.
His contacts were Tsung and Elena, ever since he saved them both from the Remnants. They were the two people who gave Vincent more information about any events or intel the Turks picked up, behind Reno, Rude, and even Rufus' backs. He received a phone call about some test subjects found in Nibelheim. This was all new to those two, but for Vincent, it didn't surprise him. Shinra was always one with plenty of skeletons in their closets.
He walked over to the new train station, over to where 7th Heaven was. Nothing was on his mind. He knew this was one blackened secret that Shinra had, and he knew that there was a possibility that Rufus probably was in on this. Probably an attempt to try and clear his name. Either way, this was a good time to dig around.
Vincent walked outside the train, looking around as people backed away from him. His brooding presence was enough for even grown men to make way. He walked inside 7th Heaven, only Cloud was inside.
"Cloud, good to see you there." He said as he walked in and pulled a chair next to him. "Interested in going back to Nibelheim to find something?" He was blunt, but this was the way Cloud and Vincent spoke. To the point, and of course with greetings as well.
