i'm enjoying the cold weather in the desert this morning. the dark clouds are rolling in and i'm hoping they will soon be accompanied by rain, thunder, wind, lightning, and everything stormy you can think of. i've been gloomy lately, and it only seems right to have the weather match my mood.
days like this make me miss living in phelan and the wood. you could take a nap, or go to bed for the night, only to find yourself waking up to a desert blanketed in snow. days like these also make me miss having a wood burning stove. but i suppose bundling up in warm pajamas and piles of blankets ain't so bad either.
