The only thing i want games to be is accessible.
Is there a third person mode? Can I turn off screen shake and flashing lights? Can I remap controls? Is there a high contrast and colorblind mode? When I turn off motion blur does it stay off?
No, I don't care or think that 3rd person would "ruin the immersion", because that means I can actually play the game without getting sick. Isn't playing the game more immersive than not playing it?
I don't care if the screen shake and flashing lights are "part of the aesthetic", I'm going to get dizzy and throw up. And also, what's with the uptick is strobing/flashing lights is games and movies recently? It's such a dick move.
"Were there any other indie games that announced that they were delaying their games/updates/betas because Silksong was coming out? Either way, It only seems to go up from here!"
based on the super-low achievement percentage here it seems like people have generally not Figured Out the Video Game yet so i am here to illuminate somewhat. this is not at all the optimal method for going infinite but it will get you up to about E12 easily and consistently, which is enough to snag you around 30 or so memory cards.
start the early rounds by trying to snag a matching golden [symbol] + picture of [symbol] set by the end of round 2. this should let you scale enough to survive the first few rounds legitimately while you set stuff up. cherries and lemons are actually preferred here for reasons we'll cover momentarily but any symbol can work
play the game normally, using the phone to reduce the likelihood of symbols you aren't building towards, but keep an eye out for specifically the Magic Mushroom (doubles value of all symbols for the rest of the deadline when you get 15+ activations in one spin), Vine's Soup (doubles value of all symbols for the rest of the round when you get 5+ activations on one spin), and activation doublers (Broken Calculator + Lucky Horseshoe, Personal Trainer, Fruit Bowl and Clicker if you ran cherries or lemons like i recommended). building into other luck items like the D4, Fake Coin, and Rotten Pepper is also recommended
if you do the build right, by your last spin in round 8 or 9, you should be getting somewhere between E12 and E14 bucks from guaranteed jackpots. skip five rounds in a row, bathe in your Memory Packs, rinse, and repeat
